“A good pair of shoes are an essential piece of kit on the Spine Race and my feet were much better than a lot of other competitors. I wore one pair for the full 268 miles and there was no swelling. The ROCLITE G 275s worked superbly, giving me excellent grip, including on wet rock, while also providing cushioning underfoot.” Jasmin Paris, wore the ROCLITE G 275’s on her record-breaking 2019 SPINE RACE win

“The ROCLITE G 275 can take on tough climbs and technical descents like a boss. It’s light enough to feel really agile but with enough structure and protection to keep you feeling comfortable mile after mile.” Trailrunner, who awarded it an Editor’s Choice Award in April 2019.

“The ROCLITE G 275 is a lightweight trail shoe that can take on muddy, rocky terrain while protecting your feet.” Runner’s World, April 201

Updated version of an old favourite. I bought these to replace an older pair of Roclite 290’s. On first appearances, it looked like a few cosmetic changes to an already very good all-round trail shoe. Having done a few runs in them not so, the loop lacing system is a great improvement allowing you to set the tension easily when putting them on and releasing when taking them off! There is also the welcome addition of an extra hole at the top of the shoe to lock the laces and maintain the tension. Small improvements yes, but a better fit for sure and far less likely to get heel lift during a muddy race because your laces have slackened off!
