The quickest ways
- Call the shop: 01780 594165 — best for stock checks, "will this fit me", and anything urgent. If we're mid-fitting we'll ring you back.
- Email: hello@bogdogrunning.co.uk — best for order queries. Pop your order number in the subject line and it'll get answered faster.
- Book a gait analysis: slots go online, so you don't need to ring — check what's available.
- The form below — for everything else. We answer within one working day, Monday to Saturday.
We're also on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, and we do read the messages — though for anything about an order, email is far quicker.

Most running questions are easier answered with the shoe in your hand. We're at 42 Broad Street, Stamford, PE9 1PX, open seven days:
- Monday to Friday — 9:00am to 5:30pm
- Saturday — 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Sunday — 10:00am to 3:00pm
